SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Sewmatic™. We strive to provide a fast and reliable shipping experience for all our customers worldwide.

1. SHIPPING ORIGIN

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Greece (European Union). This allows us to ensure the quality of every single device before it leaves our doors.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer Fast Insured Shipping to ensure your package is protected from start to finish.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-14 business days.

  • Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal service issues outside of our control.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

  • This email will contain your unique Tracking Number.

  • You can use this number to monitor your package's progress in real-time through our website or your local postal carrier’s tracking portal.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your email.

5. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Sewmatic™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, as we ship from within the EU, customers within the European Union will generally not face additional customs fees.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
