SECTION 1 - PRODUCT USE & DISCLAIMER

The Sewmatic™ is a handheld sewing tool. By purchasing, you agree to use the product only for its intended purposes.

  • Skill Requirement: We provide comprehensive video tutorials on our website. It is your responsibility to review these materials. Failure to operate the device due to lack of technical skill is not considered a product defect.

  • Safety: Keep out of reach of small children. Use with caution on delicate fabrics.

SECTION 2 - NO REFUND & NO RETURN POLICY

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to our Strict No-Refund Policy.

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns for "change of mind" or "buyer's remorse."

  • Defects: Refunds or replacements are ONLY issued if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must report such damage with photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable: Due to health and hygiene standards, used or opened items cannot be returned.

  • Timeline: We offer Fast Insured Shipping (5-14 business days). However, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Customs: Any international customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
