1. NO "CHANGE OF MIND" RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you simply "change your mind," decide you no longer want the item, or feel the product does not meet your personal expectations after purchase.
2. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (LACK OF KNOWLEDGE)
The Sewmatic™ is a specialized tool that requires proper setup and technique to function correctly.

Instructional Resources: We provide a comprehensive, step-by-step Video Tutorial on our website to ensure every customer can successfully master the device.

Refund Exclusion: We do not issue refunds if a customer "does not know how to use the item" or finds it "difficult to operate."

Customer Responsibility: By purchasing, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to watch the provided tutorials and practice on scrap fabric. Our support team is available to offer guidance, but "lack of technical skill" is not a valid ground for a refund.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY
The only exception to our no-refund policy is if the product arrives physically broken, destroyed, or has a clear factory defect.

4. NO PHYSICAL RETURNS FOR CASH
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept the physical return of used or opened items in exchange for cash. We do not operate a "send back for a refund" system for non-defective goods.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed and processed in our system, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before hitting the "Pay Now" button.
